Operational Structure

Our structure is designed to:

• Harness the considerable expertise within our Association
• Provide a better coverage of the issues
• Trigger prompt action wherever required
• Re-distribute workload to reduce stress all around

CRA Operating Plan

CRA operations will be devolved as far as is practicable to ensure coverage of our many concerns.

A series of Reference Groups monitors and acts upon issues as they arise. The CRA Committee will be enhanced by in-out from each Reference Group. The Reference Group Convenor - the primary contact or liaison point for all CRA ‘operations’. Issues which arise should be raised with the Convenor or other Committee members who will refer the matter to the appropriate Reference Group.
