CRA was heavily committed to submissions, letter writing, lobbying, community information stalls, meetings, street rallies and drill-site pickets. We attended and made submissions to the Comprehensive Impact Statement Assessment Committee which continued from early March
2014 to mid-April.

We collaborated and worked with Protectors of Public Lands, Royal Park Protection Group, Yarra Campaign for Action on Transport, EW Link Community Forum, Tunnel Picket Group, Public Transport Users Association, Trains not Tollroads Campaign (City of Yarra) and various transport academics and commentators.

Recent Developments:

• The Labor Government has cancelled the East-West Link and is planning to construct the Metro Tunnel.
