This year’s inaugural Carlton Neighbour Day attracted more than 500 people of all ages from the local
community. With great food, music, art and activities, the day was a chance to meet your neighbours and
make new friends. With your help, we want to make Carlton Neighbour Day an annual event!

Plans are now underway for 2018. One end of Faraday Street will again be closed to create a space for
activities and stall holders. If you have an idea, would like to be involved or are able to sponsor us,

We’d also like to hear from you if you’d like to promote your business by being a Carlton Neighbour
Day 2018 Sponsor!. We have a $10,000 fundraising target to cover the hire of marquees and equipment.
We are seeking donations of goods and services as prizes and giveaways with acknowledgement on the
day. $100+ contributions will be acknowledged as a supporter throughout February and March 2018.
$500+ contributions will be acknowledged as a sponsor on all official communications. $2000+
contributions will be acknowledged as a Carlton Neighbour Day 2018 Partner on all official
communications & have branding rights for the marquee or major activities. Send an email
