Are our building height controls fit for purpose?
Recently the City of Melbourne exhibited a new Planning Scheme Amendment for the City, the Sunlight to Public Places Amendment C278. A key purpose of this Amendment was to introduce ‘winter sun access protection to all parks across the municipality excluding the central city, Southbank and Docklands.’
